    This job posting is for filling a permanent, full-time position that falls under Management Service and is not represented by a union.

    Work Location: Salem/Marion or Portland/Multnomah; hybrid position

    What will you be responsible for:

    • Directing, managing, and overseeing the Federal Medicaid Policy Unit staff to ensure goals related to federal reporting and documentation are met.
    • Ensuring plans are aligned with the agency's mission to eliminate health inequities by 2030.
    • Overseeing the Integrated Eligibility Policy team's involvement in Oregon's 1115 Demonstration waiver.
    • Assisting in operationalization and business process development.

    Key Qualifications:

    Six years of supervision, management, or related experience; OR three years of experience with a Bachelor's degree.

    • Collaboration with diverse populations affected by social injustices.
    • Knowledge of Oregon Administrative Rules and Oregon Revised Statutes.
    • Understanding of health services delivery systems in Oregon.
    • Experience in interpreting and applying relevant federal and state Medicaid laws and regulations.
    • Knowledge of Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services waiver projects.
    • Experience in project management and research methods.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to navigate complex relationships.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
