- Directing, managing, and overseeing the Federal Medicaid Policy Unit staff to ensure goals related to federal reporting and documentation are met.

- Overseeing the Integrated Eligibility Policy team's involvement in Oregon's 1115 Demonstration waiver.
- Assisting in operationalization and business process development.
