Front Desk Receptionistt


Qualifications

  • High school or equivalent (required)
  • US work authorization (required)
  • Own Transportation (required)

Responsibilities

  • Perform all checkin and checkout tasks
  • Manage online and phone reservations
  • Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
  • Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
  • Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
  • Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
  • Respond to clients' complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fullyfurnished to accommodate guests' needs
  • Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests
  • Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
  • Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
  • Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Checkin and checkout guests efficiently and accurately
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
  • Assist guests with requests and provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

  • Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality industry is (mandatory).
  • Multilingual skills are a plus
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
  • Knowledge of front desk operations.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and phone systems
