Front Desk Receptionistt
Qualifications
- High school or equivalent (required)
- US work authorization (required)
- Own Transportation (required)
Responsibilities
- Perform all checkin and checkout tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
- Respond to clients' complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fullyfurnished to accommodate guests' needs
- Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests
- Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Checkin and checkout guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist guests with requests and provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality industry is (mandatory).
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Knowledge of front desk operations.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and phone systems
