Cyber Security Cloud Architect / Engineer (m/f/d)

As a Cyber Security Cloud Architect / Engineer at Materna, you will:

  • Design security concepts and architectures in the cloud environment for companies, government agencies, and internally within the company.
  • Develop measures to reduce identified security risks and take on security monitoring together with our Cyber Security team.
  • Provide technical support for the preparation of BSI C5 certifications.
  • Be interested in integrating security information from cloud applications into the Security Operations Center (SOC).

What you bring to the table:

  • A degree in a technical field (e.g. computer science or electrical engineering) or a comparable education.
  • Professional experience as a Cloud Architect or Cloud Engineer with a background in security.
  • Excellent knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, CI/CD, and Microsoft 36
  • Experience with AWS Security Hub, Azure Security Center, and Google Security Command Center.
  • Ideally, certifications such as AWS Certified Security
  • Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, and Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer.
  • Very good German (C1)
