Your tasks:


  • You are responsible for leading the early or late shift, with a shift length of approximately 7 hours.
  • You are the deputy contact person for our company's guests.
  • You are the team lead and contact person for the employees of the early, mid, or late shift.
  • You thoroughly train new temporary staff, explain procedures, and support them.
  • You embody our values and service standards.
  • You adjust the deployment plan according to daily needs.
  • You are responsible for proper cash management.
  • You are in close communication with our store management and place orders.
  • You ensure that all hygiene regulations are implemented and that the store is always wellpresented.
  • You ensure that all processes are secure and that weekly and daily tasks are fairly distributed and completed.

Your profile:


  • You love ice cream and enjoy making our guests and employees happy.
  • You are very warm and have a motivating presence.
  • You are strong in clear and positive communication.
  • You can work at least 3 times a week and also have availability on weekends.
  • Ideally, you have relevant experience in a similar leadership role.
  • You speak fluent and very good German (at least C1 level).
  • You are of legal age.
