    **A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE**

    As a Customer Service Representative, you are the voice of our HVAC company and often the first point of contact. You provide superb customer service that makes a great first impression. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions and is one of the reasons that our customers like doing business with us. You answer incoming calls regarding billing issues, service questions, scheduling, and general client concerns with a high degree of professionalism, working diligently to solve any problems.

    You always listen carefully to their needs and establish a good rapport. Thoughtfully, you schedule appointments to provide prompt, convenient service, as well as maximize our field technicians' time and mileage. You also keep our customer relationship management software (CRM) updated and assist with other administrative tasks to support our day-to-day operations. You enjoy interacting with both our clients and technicians and feel good about ensuring that our clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly

    **QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE**

    High school diploma or equivalent

    2 + years of customer service experience

    Understanding of phone etiquette and a working knowledge of email systems

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office

    CRM database experience

    Ability to pass a background check & drug screen upon hire

    General sales skills and aptitude

    Stellar customer service and relationship-building skills

    Experience in HVAC or a similar home service industry is desired but not necessarily required. **We can train the right person**

    **DISPATCH WORK SCHEDULE**

    This full-time dispatch position typically works **Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 5:00 PM in the office** along with occasional remote overflow work on nights and weekends from home.
