- Answer busy telephones - answer lots of questions and transfer/redirect calls as needed
- Check clients in and confirm information
- Manage client records, reports, and email correspondence
- Discuss payment options, process payments, set up third-party billing
- Take payments on estimates and invoices
- Able (or learn) to identify "stat" emergencies with the help of technical staff
- Some administrative tasks and data entry
- Maintain a neat and clean lobby
