Your responsibilities will include nurturing existing relationships, cultivating new business opportunities, and overseeing a dedicated team to achieve similar objectives.

    As you become proficient in our methodologies, you will transition into the role of Agency Director, guiding and mentoring others along the way. Remuneration for this position is provided on a weekly basis, with an average annual income ranging between $70,000 and $85,000.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and support our current client portfolio
    • Identify and explore potential business prospects (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and monitor outcomes
    • Provide training and guidance to new team members on established systems
    • Submit daily reports on field operations using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership enhancement
