Your tasks:
We need your support in conducting experiments as part of national and international research projects, as well as in the field of food extrusion.
You will work together with a project team as needed, both in our technical facility and in the test kitchen, as well as in the laboratory area.
You will have contact with customers and project partners from various industries and research fields.Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and converting machines (specifically extruders) for food production in our technical facility
- Weighing and mixing complex powder mixtures
- Documentation and evaluation of test series
- Laboratory experiments
- Cleaning and maintenance work
- Other supporting tasks, such as raw material management, organization of work processes, etc.
Your profile:
- Completed training as a specialist in food technology, baker, confectioner, or similar
- In addition to openness, flexibility, resilience, and teamwork, we expect a high level of initiative and conscientiousness from you
- Good knowledge of German in spoken and written form
