    Description

    Join our reputable accounting firm as a Front Desk Associate, where you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role is critical in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations.     Responsibilities:

    • Greet clients and visitors with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
    • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
    • Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings.
    • Assist in maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
    • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
    • Coordinate with other staff members to ensure seamless client service.
    • Provide general administrative support to the office as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficient in using office equipment such as multi-line phone systems and printers.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Professional appearance and demeanor.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus.
