We are seeking to add a cheerful, compassionate and a detail oriented Administrative Assistant to our growing Dental teamJob Duties and Requirements:
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Complete opening and end of day procedures in accordance with office directives and policies
- Dental Insurance Eligibility verification and Billing
- Verify that all new and returning patient information and financial arrangements are documented properly
- Answer all incoming calls and handle all inquiries
- Maintain the office environment and uphold the office's quality standards
Education & Background Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dental office experience of at least 1 year.
- Well-Versed in Open Dental is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Will train the right applicant
