Job Summary:
We are a small Montessori school with less than 30 students. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School Helper to join our team.

As a School Helper, you will work closely with the teachers and assistants to maintain a clean environment in the classrooms.

Your role will also involve the supervision of young children, ages 16 months to 3 years old. The schedule is from 10:30am to 4:30pm but with some early start (8:00am) when necessary.


Responsibilities:

• Cleaning duties: dishes, laundry, vacuuming, maintain a clean kitchen.
• Assist with supervising the children in the classroom and at the playground.
• Assist with daily routines such as mealtime, naptime, and bathroom breaks.
• On an as needed basis, you will be asked to help diapering the children.
• Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent;
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Be able to communicate in English
