    Description

    Job Summary

    • Lead the implementation of operational strategies and objectives across revenue-generating departments
    • Manage improvement of operational efficiency and product margin
    • Exceed product delivery expectations and enhance customer satisfaction
    • Strengthen relations with Customers and Vendors
    • Collaborate with finance and technology to boost product operations and manage expense budget
    • Analyze existing operational processes and develop strategies to meet Company goals

    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage Operation staffing, supervision, scheduling, and performance evaluation
    • Implement process changes and communicate effectively with department heads
    • Develop and oversee department budget
    • Set performance goals for departments and monitor their achievement
    • Ensure client satisfaction by collaborating with relevant teams
    • Contribute to technology development and implementation
    • Establish and monitor performance reporting systems
    • Support departments to meet production goals
    • Maintain updated company policy and procedure manuals
    • Provide monthly operating data to President
    • Align with company's objectives and participate in strategic planning
    • Cultivate a positive work environment that encourages creativity and teamwork
