For our beautiful senior residence Herzogin Agnes, with comprehensive health services for inpatient care, in Nienhagen near Celle, we are looking for you to strengthen our team as:

Residential area manager or
Deputy nursing service manager m/f/d

What to expect:

Ensuring optimal care and support for residents based on their physical and psychosocial needs
Leading and managing a team of employees
Creating duty and vacation schedules in consultation with employees and according to the needs of the residential area
Ensuring care quality and internal quality standards
Monitoring and controlling legal requirements and work execution (e.g. compliance with certain nursing techniques, meaningful work processes, diets, special diets, etc.)
Representing the interests of residents
Maintaining contact with relatives and other people close to the residents
Close cooperation with the nursing service management and facility management

What you bring:

Completed training as a specialist in elderly or nursing care and further training as a residential area manager (at least 460 course hours)
At least two years of professional experience and one year of leadership experience
