Commercial Customer Service Employee (m/f/d) Sales Support Germany:
Location Hanau, full-time, permanent


This is how you bring smiles:

  • Customer satisfaction will also be your achievement in the future: You will implement the customer agreements of our sales team in our ERP-SAP and ensure compliance with our internal approval guidelines. You will also have close contact with the internal sales-related departments.
  • You will create quotes and written agreements/contracts and be in direct contact with sales employees and customers.
  • You will support our sales management and regional managers in Germany and develop proposals for the internal implementation of requirements from the German sales organization.
  • You are responsible for creating decisionmaking bases for optimizing sales areas in Germany.
