Description
Administration: You will take on various administrative tasks in the field of operations technology at Oakwood. This includes, among others, maintenance and service contract management, as well as spare parts management, coordination of training for 23 employees including scheduling and follow-up.
Responsibility:
You will obtain quotes from our external service providers, plan their deployment in accordance with internal processes, ensure adherence to deadlines, and prepare for and follow up on appointments. This includes documentation as well as invoice control.
Monitoring:
Managing and monitoring deadlines and open issues within projects is also part of your responsibilities, as well as monitoring and managing overtime within the team's time tracking system
Liaison:
You will communicate with employees within the department, as well as with other departments across the company.
