You are a qualified health and (pediatric) nurse or geriatric nurse (m/f/d), competent in nursing matters, communicative, and love your job.

You also enjoy creating an atmosphere in which our residents and employees feel comfortable - and contributing your own ideas.


You have the willingness and joy to take on responsibility, are reliable, and are not afraid to think and act economically.

Then we are looking for you to strengthen our team as a

Team Leader (m/f/d) for intensive care in full-time.

In our adult intensive care community in Freital, we provide care for our patients.

Our patients receive loving nursing and medical care from us.


Your tasks will include:


  • Disciplinary and professional leadership responsibility within the team in the absence of the department head
  • Participation and leadership in team and case discussions
  • Crisis intervention within the team or in nursing
  • Development and updating of the duty roster, vacation entitlements and requests, and timekeeping in consultation with the department head
  • Participation in team leader meetings
  • Independent coordination in case of employee sick leave
  • Conducting employee visits in consultation with the department head
  • Control tasks and updates, e.g. correct documentation and performance records, compliance with nursing/expert and hygiene standards
