Position Highlights:

  • Position: HR Project Manager
  • Location: Skokie, IL
  • Full Time/

Part Time:
Full Time- Hours: Monday-Friday, during normal business hours- Required Travel: travel to other Endeavor Health locations may be required


What you will do:

  • Lead and manage assigned HR projects from initiation to completion, including but not limited to: talent acquisition, employee onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, HRIS implementation, policy development and organizational development, ensuring efficient and timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Structure and manage detailed project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment among team members
  • Identify, assess and mitigate project risks associated with project implementation, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution
  • Analyze project status, prepare and deliver regular updates on project health, scope and schedule
  • Collaboratively identify, assign, engage and coordinate with cross functional teams including HR, IT, Finance and Operations stakeholders in all phases of the project to ensure successful project delivery
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle
  • Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness

What you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Certification: PMP Certification preferred
  • Experience: 35 years proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in an HR discipline
  • Unique or Preferred Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization-
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies-
  • Experience with Workday strongly preferred-
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and willingness to pitch-in as an individual contributor is essential-
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail-
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills-
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
