Your responsibilities

As an HR Project Manager (m/f/d) and conceptually strong all-rounder, you will play a crucial role in shaping strategic HR work and further development at Neugart.

  • You will lead (global) HR projects or sub-projects, for example in the areas of talent management, employer branding, or digitalization
  • You will develop concepts, proposed solutions, and decision templates for important HR initiatives and drive their successful implementation
  • You will analyze requirements and needs, create communication concepts, and work closely with managers, the works council, and other stakeholders
  • You will actively work on HR topics and support the Head of Human Resources in preparing and following up on important appointments
  • You will optimize existing processes and contribute to the design of relevant new processes

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, psychology, or a related field
