Your tasks

  • Team leadership of the "Grinding" production group
  • Responsibility for the quality and timely completion of production orders
  • Setting up and programming machines
  • Adjusting and correcting machines
  • Active management of machine operators and setters
  • Participation in personnel, deployment and vacation planning
  • Ensuring smooth material flow
  • Monitoring and optimizing process flows and production times
  • Ensuring data collection through BDE
  • Efficient shift handover and preparation of daily shop floor meetings
  • Implementing measures from quality assurance processes
  • Ensuring machine and equipment availability
  • Responsibility for compliance with occupational safety and health protection

Your profile

  • Successfully completed technical training, ideally in metal machining
