Description
Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
- Serve as the point person for all potential clients/leads.
- Follow up with potential clients/leads.
- Follow up with each project manager regarding their meetings/leads.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, services, etc.
- Organize the office and order office supplies.
- Maintain the office condition, including the coffee bar, conference room, etc.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Address employee's queries regarding meetings and office administration needs.
- Planning office events.
Skills
- Phone experience is required, someone with a background in sales is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. phones and printers)
- Familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fastpaced environment.
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
Pay:
$25.00 per hour
Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
Ability to Relocate:
- San Diego, CA 92111: Relocate before starting work (required)
