Description

Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

  • Serve as the point person for all potential clients/leads.
  • Follow up with potential clients/leads.
  • Follow up with each project manager regarding their meetings/leads.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, services, etc.
  • Organize the office and order office supplies.
  • Maintain the office condition, including the coffee bar, conference room, etc.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Address employee's queries regarding meetings and office administration needs.
  • Planning office events.

Skills

  • Phone experience is required, someone with a background in sales is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. phones and printers)
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fastpaced environment.
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
  • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.

Pay:
$25.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week

Ability to Relocate:

  • San Diego, CA 92111: Relocate before starting work (required)
