We are looking for a trainee in plastic and rubber technology (m/f/d) to join our team at Midland starting on the beginning of the training. This is a full-time position.

Start of training:

Duration of training: 3 years

Training location: Schweinfurt

Your training with us:

During the 3-year training, we will teach you how to set up, start and monitor machines, as well as optimize production processes. We will also provide training in material science, machine maintenance, quality assurance and electrical maintenance. Sounds complex? It's not - we just want you to learn and master the entire production process.

Vocational school during your training:

In the first year of training, you will attend the State Vocational School in Bad Kissingen. In the second and third year, you will attend the vocational school in Hof (Rehau location) in block lessons. During this time, there is the possibility of being accommodated in a dormitory. The costs will be covered by the company.
