Your Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the overall project management from the signing of the general contractor contract to the handover to the client
  • Creating the budget in collaboration with other departments
  • Developing the construction description and defining interfaces with the client and other stakeholders, as well as creating the overall schedule
  • Managing the planning process, taking into account the client's requirements and NOKERA's system construction framework, and ensuring the execution planning
  • Managing and implementing the project within the budget and with the required quality until the agreed handover date to the client
  • Independently leading and managing the project team, as well as all planners, contractors, and authorities involved in the project, and ensuring smooth processes
  • Ensuring cloudbased data exchange within the project

Your Qualifications:


  • Successfully completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, a technical degree in construction with relevant work experience
