    Do you love working in the hospitality industry? We are looking for enthusiastic line and prep cooks to come on board!

    Objective:

    • Prepare all hot and cold food items with consistency and quality
    • Ensure all food is served according to specification

    Responsibilities include:

    • Maintain kitchen sanitation following health department guidelines
    • Set up station for service
    • Learn all menu items from assigned station
    • Complete work assignments within the required time frame
    • Handle refrigeration and serving of cold food
    • Execute orders accurately
    • Adhere to safe food handling procedures

    Requirements:

    • Display basic knife and fundamental prep skills
    • Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced, scratch kitchen
    • Ability to multitask
    • Capable of standing for 8+ hours daily
    • Self-motivated with a desire to grow within the company
    • Team player with a helpful attitude
    • Available for primarily weekend shifts (AM & PM)
    • Culinary certification or attending an institute is a plus

The menu showcases global influences from various countries, offering a diverse dining experience. Known for our "made from scratch" cooking approach, we cater to different tastes with meat and cheese plates, small plates, and main dishes.
