- Releasing and printing orders from WMS accurately.
- Organizing orders by priority by date.
- Releasing orders from P2L Management system with accuracy using correct priorities.
- Sending hourly data commit reports to the Management team and ensuring monitors are up to date.
- Assisting with daily Inventory reports.
- Managing order receive by Customer daily.
- Addressing inbound receipt and inventory discrepancies that may affect the perfect order release.
- Running daily data to report tracking discrepancies that impact the perfect order.
- Daily effective and excellent communication with outside team members such as Order Management, Program Managers, Demand Planning, Sales, etc. on order impacts or issues.
- Analyzing the Open Queue to ensure orders are released to meet customer expectations.
- Assisting on analyzing the root cause of order issues from the Production floor and communicate effectively.
- Ensuring customer orders are shipped on time and managing the past due list effectively.
- Assisting on following and managing the Short Pick process in P2L system and Microsoft Teams.
- Generating prepack internal orders as requested.
- Follow ISO/TL9000 requirements as it pertains to position.

Job DescriptionSalary:SALARY: $20.00 per hour
The Production Control Specialist position receives and releases orders for the Production and Warehouse teams, meets the scheduled production orders and metrics daily, monitors production capacities and adjust to accommodate changes, research, resolve and document discrepancies for orders and inventory that may impact the perfect order release.
Shift: Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 5:30pm (10-hour shifts)

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position works in a warehouse/distribution center setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and can be loud. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters and tape dispensers.
