Employee Operations Control (m/f/d)Full-time | Location:
Berlin Brandenburg Airport
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of apron and passenger employees and ground service equipment
- Review of employee scheduling for following days and communication of any necessary adjustments to superiors/ personnel dispatchers
- Provision of operationally required flight documents
- Creation of flight-specific documents
- Preparation and follow-up of departures, including necessary correspondence and associated administrative tasks
- Issuance of work materials and corresponding documentation
- Coordination between SOM, apron employees, and ACC
- Possible assumption of special tasks
YOUR PROFILE:
- Good knowledge of ground handling and operations required
- Experience with dispatching tools such as Springshot or Realtime preferred
- Organizational talent
