ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides outstanding customer service in a fastpaced, highvolume environment
Serves & engages all guests in a timely, friendly, & efficient manner
Can work with & respect a diverse group of people
Respect & uphold safety and hygiene standards
Have the ability to work in close proximity to others
Can add to our fun environment

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to maintain regular, consistent attendance and punctuality
Available to work flexible hours: early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
Compliance with the dress code policy that includes Millie's standard uniform
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to understand and execute operational systems, platforms, and programs concerning but not limited to side work, scheduling, pointofsale management, atmosphere management, and communications.
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel, basic computer skills

Over the last few years, Millie's has opened scoop shop locations throughout greater PGH, launched a food truck, started franchising, and began packaging pints to sell in local grocery stores.
