Join Our Team: Senior Service Advisor Position

At our firm, we believe in making smart decisions about money, and we're committed to helping our clients achieve their financial goals through a family-centric, multi-generational approach to wealth management.

We are a small, independently-owned team of seven professionals, and we're looking for a Senior Service Advisor who shares our commitment to excellence and our values of our registered investment advisory firm, RIA. This role is integral to our team, providing essential services to our high net-worth clients without the need to source new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day client portfolio cash needs and ensure portfolio rebalancing aligns with target model allocations.
Process quarterly billing and support the fund review team in portfolio model construction.
Engage with clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and poise.
Embrace our multi-advisor approach, contributing to our collective expertise as financial advisors, portfolio managers, retirement plan advisors, tax professionals, and estate planning advisors.

Requirements:

Series 65 or equivalent certification to trade on the Fidelity platform.
Exceptional attention to detail and unwavering dedication to the role.
Ability to work local hours during East Coast standard portfolio trading times.
A strong alignment with our company values and the ability to work within our team-based atmosphere.

Qualifications

Financial Planning and Finance skills 7+ Years Experience
Retirement Planning and Investments expertise
Experience in providing Financial Advisory services
Experience in providing investment trading services - Technology Provided
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial data
Certifications such as CFP, CFA, or similar are preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
