Overview:


Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
• Review project plans and specifications
• Field support
• Coordinate with jobsite foreman and general contractor
• Contract interpretation and review
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Manage billing and financial tracking for projects
• RFI, ASI review and pricing
• Change order reconciliation and processing
• Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable reporting and development

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of accounting including SOV's, etc.
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
• Proficiency in project management tools such as ProCore, etc.
• Basic understanding of construction terms as they relate to electrical industry
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
• Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
• Ability to multitask
• Communication with clients and prompt response
• Quick thinking and proactive
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

$83, $93,600.00 per year
