Job Title:
Estimator - AGC Collision Center

Location:
Los Angeles-Silverlake


Hours of Operation:
Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts (Subject to change)


Salary:
From $100,000.00 per year


Job Description:


Responsibilities:

Greet and Assist Guests:


  • Provide a welcoming and positive experience for customers.
  • Check in vehicles and photograph them at checkin and during the repair process.

Research and Follow OEM Repair Procedures:

  • Stay updated on OEM repair procedures to ensure accurate and safe repairs.

Blueprint and Prepare Repair Plan:

  • Create repair plans, responsible for all aspects of the repair order.

Repair Order Documentation:


  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of repair orders.
-
Customer and Insurance Communications:


  • Communicate effectively with customers and insurance representatives.

Attend Daily Production Meetings:


  • Participate in daily production meetings to stay informed about repair progress.

Final Vehicle Check and Delivery:

  • Conduct a final check on repaired vehicles before delivery to ensure quality.

Follow SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures):

  • Adhere to SOPs to maintain consistency in repair processes.

Be a Team Player:


  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals.

Computer Savvy:


  • Proficient in using CCC ONE and other relevant software.


Certification:

Certified Repair Facility for:

  • Aston Martin
  • Mercedes-Benz
  • Jaguar/Land Rover
  • VW
  • Porsche
  • Tesla
  • Rivian
  • Maserati
  • Volvo
  • BMW
  • Ford
  • Honda/Acura
  • General Motors

Requirements:


  • At least 10 years experience
  • Attitude is crucial.
  • Valid driver's license and insurability.
