About the Role:

Join our team as a Life Enrichment Assistant and contribute to enhancing residents' quality of life through engaging activities.

We're seeking a passionate individual to assist in organizing diverse programs tailored to residents' interests, fostering a vibrant and caring environment.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and conducting a variety of engaging activities and programs based on residents' interests.
• Support the coordination and distribution of monthly activity calendars.
• Collaborate on budget management to ensure effective resource utilization.
• Assist with marketing efforts and community networking under the direction of the Life Enrichment Coordinator.
• Support training and orientation programs for volunteers.
• Attend meetings, evaluations, and continuing education sessions.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulations and guidelines.
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the Life Enrichment Coordinator.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Provide safe transportation for residents to activities and appointments.
• Foster community and family engagement through effective communication initiatives.
• Uphold professional conduct and facility policies.
• Promote positive interactions and exceptional customer service.

Physical Requirements:

• Periods of standing, walking, and lifting up to 15 pounds.
• Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle.

Pay:
Up to $13.00 per hour

No less than 40 per week
