Responsibilities:
This role involves managing incoming consultation calls by delivering professional expertise and top-notch service to customers in order fulfillment and issue resolution to ensure a positive customer experience.

Day to day responsibilities include:
  • Applying technical and clinical expertise in handling incoming consultation calls related to Specialty Vision Products to ensure correct product orders and fit, and assist with issue resolution.
  • Serving as a link between eye care professionals and Customer Service, managing incoming order entry calls during peak periods.
  • Representing the Specialty Vision Products brand professionally in all customer interactions.
  • Promoting products and company at industry events.
  • Identifying and nurturing key customers and fostering customer relationships.
  • Supporting team goals, participating in projects, and backing new initiatives.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and process enhancements.
  • Aiding in new product development projects as necessary.
  • Engaging in business-related projects and activities as per management requests.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of clinical experience fitting specialty contact lenses preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Associate degree preferred.
  • NCLE Basic Certified required.
  • Licensed Optician a plus.
  • Basic computer knowledge required.
  • Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and positive with an interest in helping others and enhancing brand recognition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, efficient, and detail-oriented.
