for patients in their final or difficult phase of life.

You want to take time for patients and their families, providing them with professional advice and support through compassionate and empathetic conversations during a time when they need guidance and assistance.

You also want to work in an organization where teamwork, openness, and trust are a given.

Then we are looking for you as a Coordinator (m/f/d)

Hours: 30 hours per week

to support our team and strengthen our outpatient hospice work for the entire district of Erding.

As a coordinator, you will strive to advise, support, and accompany people in their homes or in residential care facilities through home visits during palliative situations.
