My Responsibilities

  • Handling 2nd and 3rd level tickets related to IT infrastructure topics
  • Client support and troubleshooting
  • Basic troubleshooting for network issues, as well as monitoring and basic administration of Windows servers

My Qualifications

  • Degree or training is advantageous, but the most important factor is acquired knowledge
  • Motivation and flexibility combined with the right attitude and mentality
  • Practical experience in client support for Windows 10, user support, DNS, DHCP, and general IP network technologies
  • Solid knowledge of Windows Server administration, Active Directory, printers and print servers, as well as checking and editing GPOs
  • Experience with enterprisegrade infrastructures is a plus
  • Fluent in German and good English skills
