The Loan Servicing Associate position is a preparatory role designed to acquire the knowledge, skills, and abilities to be promoted into the Loan Servicing Representative 1 position.

A Loan Servicing Associate exhibits the skills and knowledge required to provide exemplary service to internal and external members and support daily loan servicing operations.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Personally, provides exceptional member service; uses Service Standards in every work-related interaction.
  • Actively participates in meeting the goals of the department and the Credit Union.
  • Provides excellent service by using a positive and professional tone to assist callers and Team
Members accurately, thoroughly, and as efficiently as possible while maintaining consistent and
friendly service

  • Uses organizational tools and techniques to complete tasks on time and successfully
manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously

_ Starting pay for successful applicants is __generally within the minimum to midpoint of the pay range. Our consideration for pay is designed to support career growth and development over time. Offers extended depend on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to individual experience, knowledge, training, education, geographic location, market demands, and internal equity._**
_ Pay range:_

_ Minimum:
$20.44__/hour | Midpoint: $25.56/hour | Maximum: $30.67/hour_**
Experience: Required

  • 2 year(s): A minimum of two (2) years of consumer lending experience at a financial institution, preferably a bank or credit union. Must have experience working with DMV forms and completing DMV transactions.

Education:
Required

  • High School or better
