• Manage and supervise student athletes and trainers to ensure healthy learning environment.
• Learn and execute our training curriculum.
• Mentor and lead student athletes on and off the court
• Ability to communicate with parents, staff, and student athletes using our software

• Constantly give verbal feedback while training skills or coaching concepts. Whether it is a correction in technique, attitude, or intensity level or affirmation/confirmation of correctly executed instruction.
• If you want to be a leader, be a teacher. Show the student athletes how you want things done. Teach them how to do their jobs better. Invest your time and energy in improving them, and they'll make the team better.
• Keep control of your emotions. It's important that you manage the student athletes emotions building mental toughness to do the task at hand.
• Our goal is to prepare the student athlete for the sport they are playing mentally, physically, and emotionally, and more importantly, preparing them for life with developing work ethic, perseverance, and overcoming adversity. Everything we do will work towards these goals.
• Make each day your masterpiece. We need to give our best day in and day out. Things don't necessarily go the way we plan every day, but that doesn't mean you can't make the best of it. You control how you deal with the challenges you face each and every day.
• Make greatness attainable by all. If the team is only as good as that weakest link, then you want every team member to be strong. People want to succeed — they want to be great. Make sure you give them an opportunity no matter the skill level and physical ability. Success comes from working towards your goal with hard work and commitment, let's instill that into our student athletes.
• In a world that looks for instant gratification, people often get caught up in monitoring and managing shortterm results. Make sure we prepare the student athletes for work hard and set their goals high — the longterm results will be there.
• Adversity is your asset. Often the greatest opportunities present themselves when the circumstances seem most dire. Make sure you're prepared for adversity and you'll be ready to take advantage of the opportunities it presents.
