Branch Manager for Personnel Services - Summit, United States - NovaTech Industries
Description

- You will independently manage the branch according to our company principles
- You will implement the operational goals and key figures of the branch, monitor them and report to the management
- You will take care of our well-known clients and their personnel requests
- You will lead, motivate and develop your employees
- You will be actively involved in sales, both in the office and in the field, and build networks
- As a role model and driving force in the branch, you will significantly contribute to its success
What should you bring?
- You have completed training as a personnel services specialist (m/f/d) or have a degree in a commercial field
- You have relevant experience in the personnel services industry and in leading employees
- You are dynamic and hungry for success
- You have persuasive and motivational skills
- You are a team player and able to handle conflicts, as well as being skilled in negotiation and assertiveness
