What should you bring?

• You have completed training as a personnel services specialist (m/f/d) or have a degree in a commercial field
• You have relevant experience in the personnel services industry and in leading employees
• You are dynamic and hungry for success
• You have persuasive and motivational skills
• You are a team player and able to handle conflicts, as well as being skilled in negotiation and assertiveness
