Excel Specialist / Excel Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Excel Specialist/Analyst to join our team and support our business operations through advanced data analysis and reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and improve complex Excel spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Create and implement advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charts to streamline data management and reporting processes.
• Analyze business data to provide actionable insights and support decisionmaking processes.
• Generate detailed and accurate reports on business performance, sales trends, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and develop customized Excel solutions.
• Conduct data validation and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in reports.
• Assist in automating repetitive tasks and processes using Excel macros and VBA.
• Provide training and support to team members on Excel functionalities and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Excel Specialist/Analyst or in a similar role.
• Expertlevel proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, and VBA.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and interpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
• Experience in the construction industry or related field is a plus.

Skills:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts, macros, VBA).
