    Job DescriptionMBS is hiring Maintenance MRO Specialist for a great client in Fairfield, OH. This position is a full-time, direct hire opportunity. FULL JOB DESCRIPTIONPRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Collect and enter completed work request into database.
    • Control spare part inventory utilizing barcode labeling system and scanner.
    • Generate order request form for parts and required repair work by outside vendors.
    • Receiving of purchased parts and distribution.
    • Use database to create various graphs / charts to track maintenance performance such as equipment down time.
    • Maintain inventory database as parts are added or withdrawn.
    • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
    • Participate in 5S activities.
    • Conform to all company and OSHA safety requirements.
    • Assist maintenance techs in spare part area.
    • Retrieve all documents from MGR /GL mailbox and distribute.
    • Perform and document windows updates for all computers in maintenance.
    • Implement, maintain, and update spare parts Kanban card system.
    • Designate and update storage location for new spare parts inventory.
    • Arrange shipping of used parts, out for repair.
    • Perform and complete errands for maintenance needs in timely manner.
    • Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company's values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors.
    • Solid communication skills with management, vendors, co-workers, etc.
    • Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities.
    • Ability to work independently, effective multi-tasking, and organizational skill.
    • Follow proper lifting techniques.
    • Willingness to cooperate and work in a strong team environment.
    • Perform any and all part supplier development, pricing and delivery evaluation, and obtaining quotation.
    • Perform any and all ordering and controlling of spare parts inventory.
    • Maintain filling system and maintenance data base entry for record retention.

    REQUIREMENTS
    • High School diploma or GED.
    • 2+ years of experience in a maintenance or parts experience in heavy industry.
    • 1+ years of experience related to Preventive Maintenance.
    • 2+ years of Experience with part inventory management systems, methods, controls and vendor interaction.
    • Experienced and knowledgeable with CMMS.
    • Strong Mechanical aptitude.
    • Ability to organize and plan tasks.
    • Ability to learn and apply maintenance best practices.
    • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work underground.
    • Ability to work overtime, holidays or weekends if needed by the business.
    • Ability to lift between pounds.
    • Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
    • Preform other task per managers request.
    • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
    • Moderate physical effort is required to move containers.
    • Ability to walk, stand, and carry materials, stoop, kneel, bend at waist, and climb ladders and equipment.
    • Ability to operate in repetitive motions.
    • Experience related to Predictive Maintenance systems and methods.
    • Experience in Industrial Maintenance.
    • Maintenance experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
    • Experienced in data report presentation – constructing and using computer-based charts and graphs.
