Your Responsibilities

  • Independently set up 12K injection molding machines and automation systems
  • Assign and lead, including disciplinary measures, of subordinate personnel
  • Ensure timely and processsafe production
  • Load and create robot/handling programs
  • Sample new tools
  • Optimize injection molding processes
  • Perform quality and release inspections
Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility
  • Leadership skills
  • High quality awareness, reliability, flexibility, and team spirit
  • Willingness to work in shifts
