The ProCredit Academy is a training center for the ProCredit group, a development-oriented organization consisting of ProCredit Holding in Frankfurt, Germany and several commercial banks focused on South-Eastern and Eastern Europe, South America, and Germany. Our academy offers a unique and comprehensive training and development program for high-potential employees, middle and upper management. This position is a departure from academia and focuses on learning and development in the business world. Humanities Teacher (m/f/d)

Job Description:

Join our campus and teach in the Humanities branch of our staff development programs. Our campus is located in Fürth, in the beautiful and peaceful Odenwald region of Germany, just an hour's drive from Frankfurt Airport. This position involves teaching subjects such as Political Science, History, and Philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach motivated and curious adult professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Design and continuously develop course modules and concepts that align with the learning objectives of the Academy.

Provide feedback, engage in assessments, and support participants in their development.
