With a fleet of over 15 aircraft and approximately 300 employees from 18 nations, FAI is one of the largest providers of General Aviation in Europe.

For our accounting team at Albrecht-Dürer Airport in Nuremberg, we are currently looking for a full-time Accountant (m/f/d) to start immediately or at the earliest possible date.

Your responsibilities:

Ø Responsible for handling all accounting tasks (accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, and general ledger accounting)

Ø Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to German GAAP (HGB)

Ø Preparation of corporate tax returns

Ø Competent contact person for all accounting and tax-related inquiries

Ø Management of VAT and statistical reporting

Ø Preparation and monitoring of payments

Ø Intercompany account reconciliation

Ø Participation in optimizing or (re)designing accounting processes

Your profile:

Ø Completed vocational training and further education as an accountant (m/f/d)

Ø Strong knowledge of German GAAP (HGB)

Ø At least 3 years of relevant work experience
