Ralston College is actively seeking a determined and ambitious Director of Admissions to play a pivotal role in shaping the College's student recruitment efforts in alignment with our mission to revive and reinvent the traditional university.
As a groundbreaking institution challenging the current norms of higher education, Ralston College is committed to an intensive exploration of the Humanities in a community that values friendship and freedom of thought.
The Director of Admissions will be instrumental in developing and executing a strategy to build upon the College's established success in recruitment and enrollment.
The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of the practices and procedures of recruitment and enrollment as well as of the wider landscape of higher education .

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESThe Director of Admissions is responsible for a wide range of activities including but not limited to:
Strategic Enrollment Management:
Develop and implement a comprehensive enrollment management plan to achieve the College's growth targets.
Analyze market trends, demographic data, and competitor institutions to inform recruitment strategies.
Admissions Operations:
Oversee all aspects of the admissions process, from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a seamless and student-centered experience.
Manage admissions staff, providing leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
Establish and maintain proper file management for all admissions records.
Keep schedules of applicant reviews, interviews, and processing.
Recruitment and Outreach:
Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse and talented student body.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with peer institutions as well as high schools, community colleges, and other educational partners.
Marketing and Branding:
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop compelling materials that showcase the unique offerings of the College.
Ensure a consistent and appealing brand image throughout all admissions-related communications.
Verify that the website and all distributed materials are transparent on admissions, academic programs, and student experience, adhering to regulatory standards.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Reflectively evaluate and assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make informed decisions.
Generate regular reports on admissions metrics and present findings to key stakeholders.
Admissions Events:
Plan and execute on-campus and off-campus events to engage prospective students, including open houses, information sessions, campus tours, and relevant events.

Knowledge of the systems, processes, and practices for the entire admissions and enrollment cycle within a higher educational setting.
The candidate must possess a substantial understanding of the mission of Ralston College.
Master's degree preferred.
Strong analytical skills, both creative and reflective in decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of attention to detail, excellence in execution, and punctuality.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and Zoom required.
Proficiency in a CRM platform preferred.
Unimpeachable integrity, trustworthiness, and discretion.
Travel as needed.
