    Description
    Minimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required.

    We are partnering with a school in the Kelso, Washington area to find a full-timeOccupational Therapist (OT) for the school year. We are looking for a knowledgeable and caring candidate to join our Special Education team

    Requirements:

    • Must have an active OT Washington License
    • Must have Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy
    • Must be licensed through the Washington Board
    • Previous school experience preferred, but not required

    Position Details:

    • August 28, June 13, 2025
    • Full-Time / 37.5 hours per week
    • Caseload: TK - 12th grade students, 40-50 students on caseload, COTA onsite for support, specific caseload details will be discussed during the interview process
    • Pay Range: $35- $55 per hour, depending on previous experience

    General Responsibilities:

    • Assess students' fine motor skills, sensory processing abilities, and functional capabilities to identify areas needing support.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to integrate occupational therapy goals into the classroom and home environments.
    • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing to the development of goals and strategies for students with special needs.
