Are you an experienced and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) seeking a fulfilling opportunity in a school district? Soliant Health is partnering with a school district in the Longview, Washington areato find a passionate OT for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time, onsiteposition, offering a chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students.

Responsibilities:

Assess students' needs through evaluations and observations to develop personalized treatment plans
Provide direct therapy services to students, including individual and group sessions
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to student care
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Educate and involve parents in the therapy process to support carryover of skills at home

Qualifications:

Valid or Pending WashingtonOTlicensure
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
Previous experience in a pediatric or school setting is preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Ability to adapt and customize therapy techniques based on individual student needs
