Training (m/f/d) Specialist for Restaurants and Event GastronomyYour tasks:
- Training plan: Basics, techniques and processes in restaurant service, both practical and theoretical (dual training system)
- Introduction to the basics of various products in the food and beverage sector
- Provision of special events, creative activities and house parties
- Presentation of our offerings at the buffet and in the front cooking area
- Conducting incoming goods, inventory and warehouse checks
- Insights into the kitchen to learn what it takes to work in the hygiene area
Your profile:
- High school diploma and minimum age of 16 years
- Ideally first practical experience through an internship in the hotel or gastronomy industry, but not mandatory
- Enthusiasm for working with food and beverages
- Ability to keep a cool head even in hectic situations
- Shift work and weekend work are not a hindrance
- Team player, creativity and a quick and situation-specific understanding
- Good communication skills in German
