The Programs Lead Generation Manager will play a key role in ensuring that more communities have access to the tools they need to succeed in the digital age, driving broad and lasting effects across the country.


Duties & Responsibilities:

Outreach and Promotion:


  • Promote Human-IT's technology and connectivity programs at resource fairs, community events, and through direct outreach
  • Engage a broad audience to raise awareness about available services, particularly focusing on underserved communities

Partnership Development:


  • Establish and cultivate longterm, scalable partnerships with communitybased organizations, schools, libraries, housing authorities, civic organizations, charities, and social service providers
  • Strategize and implement initiatives to empower other nonprofit organizations by providing necessary technology and digital resources
  • Expand the reach and impact of our Digital Navigation services through effective relationship management and network building

Client Interaction and Engagement:

  • Conduct pre-qualification screenings with potential clients to determine eligibility for subsidized programs such as free or reduced-cost devices and low-cost monthly internet
  • Maintain ongoing communication with partners and clients, ensuring they have access to the resources needed to achieve their digital literacy and access goals

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and execute plans to increase the reach and effectiveness of program offerings, focusing on impactful and measurable outcomes
  • Use CRM tools like HubSpot to track interactions, manage relationships, and analyze the success of outreach efforts

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, or a related field, with a focus on community service or nonprofit work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, particularly HubSpot, to efficiently manage and scale partner relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strategic goals.
  • Passionate about leveraging technology for social good and knowledgeable about the challenges faced by underserved communities
