School Psychologist Paid Internship for Out of State Graduate Students
Central York School District is a recipient of Pennsylvania Department of Education's Bureau of Special Education Grant: School Psychology Paid Internships for Out-of-State Graduate Students. The Bureau of Special Education is committed to ensuring your success in establishing or expanding school psychology internships that increase both the attraction and retention rates of school psychologists within Pennsylvania. The school psychologist intern will receive a $20,000 stipend for the school year. An "out-of-state" graduate student is defined by:
1. A student with primary residency in a state other than Pennsylvania.
• Must have obtained (or wil obtain) valid, current PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal and FBI Criminal History Background Checks within the last twleve (12) months.
