Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the daily schedule and open the office.
Close and secure the office and shut down equipment, computers
Interact with patients greet them as they enter, get to know them, know and remember their names, and ask if they need a therapy session first before seeing the doctor
Track the order and flow of patients and manage it to keep to a good flow so patients do not have to wait as best as possible.
Make accommodations for walkins as much as possible
Manage and restock office supplies and keep the office tidy and restrooms clean

You have experience with insurance and proficiency in computer skills.
You can learn new software programs and can be flexible with new processes as needed
You're great with the details
You are great with clients/customers/patients on the phone and in person you genuinely like and care for people
