Job description
The company is seeking a hard-working individual to work as a machine operator.

Shifts are Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm.

Responsibilities Include:

Operating brake press with potential to learn all sheet metal machines.
Following specifications such as blueprints, design drawings, and bill of materials, and planning sequence of operations.
Following procedures and conducting preventative maintenance programs.
Learning the sitespecific usage of different types of forklifts and how they are used in different areas for a specific job.
Using logic and reasoning to troubleshoot and identify alternative solutions to problems.
Participating in the continuous improvement system.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Experience preferred but not required.
Basic math skills.
Read a tape measure.
Ability to communicate with supervisors, peers, and subordinates.
Good listening skills.
Attention to detail.
Armhand steadiness.
