On behalf of our client, we are looking for several employees (m/f/d) for the control center of alarm systems in Bienville, LA.


Your responsibilities:


  • Processing of alarm and fault messages
  • Handling of customer processes
  • Telephone support and advice for complex customer and technician inquiries

Our requirements:


  • Completed commercial or technical education
  • Basic technical understanding
  • Preferably qualified as a security specialist (m/f/d)
  • Very good knowledge of German
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Serviceoriented thinking and acting
  • Reliability, teamwork and flexibility
  • Willingness to work in shifts (3shift system)
